This policy explains what personal data musivora.com ("we", "us") collects, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Questions: support@musivora.com.

Who we are

musivora is a music streaming platform for independent artists that is not yet open. At the moment this website is an information page only: there are no accounts, no uploads and no payments. The data controller is musivora.com, contactable at support@musivora.com.

What we collect

• If you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it only to reply to you, or to tell you when we launch if you ask us to.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and to keep the site working.
• Cookies: this information site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Our lawful basis

We handle this data under our legitimate interests in running a secure website and answering the people who contact us, or with your consent where you ask us to keep you updated.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site for us: our web and email host (Hostinger) and our DNS and security provider (Cloudflare). We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message, and no longer than 24 months. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email support@musivora.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

When the platform launches

We'll publish a full privacy policy covering accounts, music, listening data and payments before musivora opens, and update the date at the top of this page.
